The U.S. Environmental Protection Agencies is seeking applications for a cooperative agreement. Through this cooperative agreement, successful applicants will be provided with funding to collect observational data that will be used to develop and enhance Cladophora growth models. These models will then be used to develop phosphorus targets for the eastern basin of Lake Erie as well as for Lakes Michigan, Huron, and Ontario. The deadline for this request for applications is September 5, 2017 at 11:59PM ET.
